She is alumni of ILS Law College Pune. She has more than 9 years experience in Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Legal matters with exposure to International Corporate & Commercial Laws with the reputed Indian and Multinational organizations. Her areas of interest include Corporate Laws, Law of Contract, Securities Laws.

She is currently working as a Corporate Counsel & Company Secretary of Sungard Availability Services (India) Private Limited (Sungard AS). She handles the Corporate Secretarial & Legal Department of the Company. She has also worked with Sungard AS,Quick Heal Technologies Limited (Quick Heal), a leading Anti-virus software Company in India and KANJ & Associates, a reputed Company Secretaries Firm. Some of her articles are published in monthly Journal of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and other publications of ICSI.
