BUG: Fee index report in Payment Status

Filter and download for BA LLB Third Year for current year open category and check the failure records in Pay Log, they are actually success but showing failure in excel.

  7. For this as I discuss with amit sir now, Payment log- success student data we show in Fees index.
     and for failure data is blank.

  9. There are still problem in fee index status, total and fee structure, try downloading BA LLB 4th Year Fee Index and match few entries from the Payment log you can see the difference.
