Change in event form for having option to have multi fee selection

Need an option in the event form where multiple fee can be given. So I think we should have a option first to select 

  1. Multiple Fee (Yes / No)
  2. If yes then show 5 fields where text the label can be given 
    Also 5 fields where fee amount can be added
    Rest all fields will remains same. 
  3. On the frontend let user fill the whole form as it and additional where they can select one these 5 fields. 
  4. These fields are also available on reports and invoice.

    • In manage I have added field Multiple check yes/no
    • on yes we have 5 fields where sub event name and amount admin can add.
    • on front end  this fill meta are shown and empty are not
    • on check or selection of sub event of attendy  the payment process will do further.
