Client feedback on BA LLB -2 to 5 year form

Following are the changes for BA LLB -2 to 5 year form:
 
1.Aadhar Card No. Tab : Numeric Only  Upto 12 digits

2.ELIGIBILITY NUMBER  : NUMERIC ONLY

3. PAN No. :  First Five are Letters  , then 4 are Numeric & Last again Letter (AAAAA1234A)

4.The following documents have been submitted:   Change as per below For Second Year Onwards : and Existing List is only for DTL, DLL, LLM First Year & LLB First Year , BA LLB First Year
  • a.       Mark Sheet
  • b.      Last Year ID Card
  • c.       Copy of Aadhar Card
  • d.      Copy of PAN Card
  • e.      Caste certificate for all Reserved Category Students
  • f.        Caste Validity certificate for S.T. Student
  • g.       Non creamy-layer certificate if required
  • h.      Employers’ permission/ No objection certificate from the employer
5.       PAN No is not showing on Form Print

6.       Eligibility No is not showing on Form Print

7.       Give Compulsory Page Break Up After Academic Information.  Take Undertaking & Document List on Second Page.

  1. #4 is the for section, just add these list under following at the end, we have some text there replace it with #4.

    second-year forms, we gave the below list

    • Mark Sheet
    • Last Year ID Card
    • Copy of Aadhar Card
    • Copy of PAN Card
    • Caste certificate for all Reserved Category Students
    • Caste Validity certificate for S.T. Student
    • Non-creamy-layer certificate if required
    • Employers’ permission/ No objection certificate from the employer

    For the first -year forms ( BA-LLB,LLB, LLM first year and DTL, DLL-LW ) we gave the below list

    • Mark Sheet/ Last Year ID Card
    • Caste certificate for all Reserved Category Students
    • Caste Validity certificate for S.T. Student
    • Non-creamy-layer certificate if required
    • Employers’ permission/ No objection certificate from the employer
