Disable attendee form if Event is in not in Publish status

Please fix this issue, event is moved to draft mode but still student can access the attendee form, here is an example form https://ilslaw.edu/events/attendees-form/38579/

    Added on condition on form page. 
    If event has publish status, then only it will display form.
