Fix the header for the student login

  1. Need to fix the header for all page of student login. The list of Certificate page header is ok, that should be follow on the feedback form.
  2. Fix the header layout on responsive (Mobile & iPad)
  3. Give space above the Personal Information on mobile.
  4. The active page button should be highlighted. 
  5. Display the all buttons on mobile as well. 
Discuss with Rajanish for the page layout. Do the all fixes on demo server first.

    1. Take feedback on the logout and dashboard button. Both button will be not the similar.
    2. The active page button should be highlighted. This point is not done. If you have any query for design, take a feedback from Rajanish

  25. Look good on the demo server. Kindly move it on production. 
    Please add the demo server module and production server module link as well. I am repeating this on every task.
