Hall ticket upload from admin and download from student dashboard

ILS team wants to share the Hall tickets for examination via the portal to the students. We need some place under manage for admin to upload the Hall tickets of students. 
The student portal should be able to download the hall tickets from their dashboard. 

These hall tickets are simple PDF some samples are attached with the task.

  4. This task has been extended , now we need a separate page where student list will come exactly like student list with filters, but it won’t have any button. It will have information and view link. 
    View link will have basic details of student and option to upload a Hall ticket. 
    You can check photocopy single page for the better idea of view.
