ILS Role Based Login access & control

Attached is the file showing roles and control those roles will have in the manage. No one should access the dashboard other for changing the password. 

Profile management will also be done from manage only.

    create dummy user and set your role as per give XLS sheet list and check access in manage

      • Teaching Staff: Category I
      • Teaching Staff: Category II
      • Non-Teaching Staff: Category I
      • Non-Teaching Staff: Category II
      • Library Staff
      • Admin Login – With restriction

    to give access for this app go to
    app settings >>App permissions>> add user in  Restrict the access to specific User
    so that that user can access the data
