Manage: create event: On page load the loader is continuously showing and some meta field is missing

On https://ilslaw.edu/manage/create-event page, the loader is continuously showing. 
That need to fix.
We gave more meta fields in the dashboard and those are missing in the manage. Need to add those fields in the manage.

The client will create an event from the manage with filled that info. 

Before start work on it once discuss with Bhagyashree for the flow.
Manage field data should be saved as a like dashboard and reflect in pdf and in mail.

    1. On load issue is fixed in create event page
    2. Field are added in create event form
    3. In this form fields are added from comparing event cpt meta fields.  Fields are listed below:
      • Fields to show ILS Students,Other Students,Professionals
        • Merchant Heading
        • Position
      • Fields to show Students,Professionals/Teachers/Lawyers
        • ILS Student Registration with paper
        • ILS Student Registration without paper
        • Non ILS Student Registration with paper
        • Non ILS Student Registration without paper
        • Registration with accommodation
        • Registration without Accommodation
        • Professionals Registration with paper
        • Professionals Registration without paper
        • Professionals Registration with-accommodation
        • Professionals Registration without accommodation
  9. Ther 2 field is missing:
    Last Receipt number used and New Event

    Increase the width of the editor
    Show the success message to replace the form only on the white background. Now the background is gray.

    After these corrections, we can move it on the production. Before move with these correct assign to me to check once.

    1. Only one field is added which is New Event
    2. Receipt Number is automatically generated after the payment.
    3. Editor width is increase
    4. Success Message is now   shown in white background.
