Manage: Need Contact filter year wise and by satus and date

Contact Enquiry :  Filtration is not possible as per Status and Date column is not available.  
No year wise filtration available.

  5. Below points are fixed
    1. Open status added to the all those entries whose status was not set.
    2. While filling the form, open status is marked.(default open status is set)
    3. Date filter added to the manage

  11. There are many errors in the system 
    1. Would you like to attach a document?*  << Even one will select no it will ask for attachment 
    2. In manage Filter is not considering data for current month. For example Enquiry for 19th is not coming in results if I am submitting contact form on 19th. 
    Please try to test the whole flow when we are doing even an small work on anything . 
  13. On the Contact Us page 
    1. Would you like to attach a document?*  << Even one will select no it will ask for attachment. This need to fix first on the demo server.
  22. Display only the thank you message to hide the form title “Submit a question to the ILS Law College”.
    Look good on the demo server, move it on production.
