Need to add one more option N-LIST INFLIBNET in the 5th question in the https://ilslaw.edu/new-library-feedback-form/.
Also will add in the pdf and in the survey report as well.

  7. Change the position of the N-LIST INFLIBNET. Put this at the place of none and none will go to the N-LIST INFLIBNET place.

    Also, check my feedback in manage for question 3, in feedback showing the “Arrey” text.
    Fix this issue as well.
