Need two entries in payment log, debug code and request url

We need two more entries in payment:
  • Debug code in any status failure, pending, success 
  • Request url: it is url which we are sending to SBI for payment to be made. 
Need this bit urgently as many of the payments are failing and SBI want the request url to debug.

    – For request url, you can find in debug code for “verification_url” & “verification_string”
