Show the data of Internal assessment form in the manage

Show all data in the manage. 
Need a search and filter. The filter will be on the year, course name, semester.

    1. I have created manage screen.
    2. working search and also created filter but filter is not working now that part is pending on manage .
    3. I have single page also.
