Mr. Gaurav Pingale

He has teaching experience of 5 Years. His areas of interest are Company Law, Laws relating  Securities,Foreign Exchange and Limited Liability Partnership. He is practicing Company Secretary and ‘Domain Consultant’ for CimplyFive Secretarial Service Pvt. Ltd. He worked as ‘Associate’ in KANJ & Associates, Company Secretaries, Pune and as ‘Consultant’ in JCSS – Bangalore based Chartered Accountant firm. Also worked as ‘Assistant Editor’ of Taxsutra’s Corporate Law portal.

He has authored more than 150 articles published at Regional and National Level. He is also an author of the dedicated column “SEBI’s New Initiative” published in Taxmann Journal. Author of the dedicated column “Noteworthy Rulings in Corporate Laws”, published in Sanhita (Monthly Magazine of Pune Chapter of ICSI).
