Dr. Banu Vasudevan

Dr. Banu has a specialization in Law and History. She is a gold medalist and a University Ranker throughout her PG Degrees. She has a teaching experience spanning over twenty-six years. She has been teaching in this college since December 2013. Her areas of interest include Legal History, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law. Besides these subjects, she also enjoys teaching Law of Tort, Interpretation of Statutes and Criminology and Penology. She is the Faculty Editor of the ILS in-house Law Journal Abhivyakti Law Journal for the past 10 years. She is also in charge of ILS History Club which she helped establish in 2017. She has participated in various conferences, seminars and colloquiums and has published research articles in several national and international law journals.
