Ms. Ninawari Ware-Gadgil

B.A., M.A. (Economics), SET, Pursuing Ph.D.

Ms. Ninawari Ware graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics from Fergusson
College, Pune, and subsequently earned her Master’s in Economics at Savitribai
Phule Pune University (SPPU), where she secured first rank. She cleared the
Maharashtra SET in Economics in 2018 and has been teaching since then. Prior
to entering academics, she has contributed as a Research Assistant on three
projects at SPPU focused on Microfinance, the Balance of payments, and
Behavioural economics.
Ms. Ware’s scholarly interests span Development Economics, Microeconomics,
Education Economics, Law and Economics, International Economics, and
Behavioural Economics Since 2018, she has presented and published over eight
research papers at national and international conferences and in peer reviewed
journals. Additionally, she played a key role in designing the Economics
syllabus for the five year BA LLB program at the Savitribai Phule Pune University. Currently a Ph.D. scholar
at the Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics, Pune, Ms. Ware continues to
extend her research and pedagogical contributions in the field of economics. In
addition to her economic expertise, Ms. Ware has basic proficiency in Mandarin
and French languages, enhancing her academic engagement.
