Dr. Rajalaxmi Joshi

Dr. Joshi has been teaching at ILS Law College since 2014. She holds a Ph.D. in Mental Health and Law. Her areas of interest include Arbitration Law, Disability Laws, Administrative Law, Interpretation of Statutes and Property Law. 

She was a member of the research team at ILS Law College, working on ‘Inclusive Public Spaces Project’ held in association with University of Leeds, UK. She is invited to YASHADA, MSFDA to conduct sessions at training programs conducted for Government officers and others. 

She has co authored an article titled “Right to property, inheritance, and contract and persons with mental illness”, published in International Review of Psychiatry and an article titled as ‘A review of mental health policies from Commonwealth countries’ published in International Journal of Social Psychiatry.
