Program Overview: ILS Centre for Training for Good Governance is engaged in training government, non-government, and other stakeholders who implement laws but lack formal training in law. In consonance with the motto of the Indian Law Society कृण्वन्तो विश्वमार्यम् which means to make the world an ideal place, the Centre strives to impart socially relevant quality legal education to create an ideal society with equal rights, and moral and ethical excellence.
The Centre is launching an online certificate program on Hindu Law of Succession to demystify the myths surrounding Hindu Succession, Partition, and Coparcenary Property. This This programme will equip litigating lawyers, government officers, and students with necessary and practical knowledge regarding laws of Hindu Succession.
