Hostel Vacating and Reopening Notice

All the residents of ILS Boys’ Hostel must note that they should vacate the hostel within 3 days after the last paper of the final exam. The Hostel will open 3 days prior to the commencement of the next academic year.
Instructions to be followed:
- All students are required to take all their personal belongings and valuables with them while vacating the hostel. Rooms should not be locked after vacating.
- If there is any baggage that needs to be kept in the hostel, it shall be packed, locked and be kept with a clear identification in the common area allocated for the same. This facility will be available only for students who wish to continue their stay in the next academic year. The baggage, if any, shall be kept in the hostel at your own risk. In case of any loss, the college authority will not be responsible for the same.
- All the students whose fees is pending for this academic year shall pay the same before the exams get over.
- All students who will be vacating the Hostel are required to send an email regarding the details of vacating the room as soon as the room is vacated. The email shall state the details such as Name of the student, Room Number, date of vacating the room and copy of fee receipt.

- The admission to Boys’ Hostel for next academic year shall commence as per the rules after the admission to college is completed.
- Students of I-IV B.A.LL.B., I-II LL.B., I LL.M. may keep their baggage in the rooms allocated as per details below.
