The Indian Law Society was established in 1923, with the sole purpose of imparting quality legal education. The Society has set up a program known as ‘Towards Conscious Legal Education’(TCLE). Under this program, we offer various diploma and certificate programs. These certificate/diploma programs are in line with the mission of the Indian Law Society to provide legal education on scientific basis. With this initiative, the Indian Law Society launches an Online Autonomous Certificate program on ‘Criminal Law: Practice and Procedure’ to address the Current Criminal Law Procedure relevant to process before trials, during trials and after trials.
This Program will enable participants to understand and appreciate finer practical aspects of criminal procedure, principles underlying these aspects, and use of these provisions and principles in pre-trial, pleadings, and trial proceedings, and post-trial proceedings.
