Eligibility:
Students pursuing any Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized institution/ College in the State of Maharashtra.
Rules of the competition:
- Each participant may choose only one approved topic.
- Time limit: 5 minutes + 1 minute (grace).
- Languages permitted: English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Speech must be self-composed.
- No reading or reference to paper, mobile, laptop, or any material during the speech.
- Any quotes or references used must be properly acknowledged.
- Abusive, unparliamentary, indecent, or obscene content will result in disqualification.
- Participants must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements; no allowance will be provided.
- Participants will be identified only by allotted codes.
- Disclosure of college identity at any stage will lead to direct disqualification.
