The Indian Law Society is pleased to announce an Autonomous Online Diploma in Corporate Laws scheduled from 5th January 2026 to 17th March 2026.
Programme Overview: The Diploma in Corporate Laws offered by the Indian Law Society is a broad-spectrum programme customized to cater to the needs of students and working legal professionals. An important part of laws and regulations, companies must comply which is ensuring that creditors, customers and suppliers have the information they need in order to be able to do business with a company with confidence.
This programme is designed to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge in corporate and allied laws. This programme offers an in-depth background on a wide range of topics arising out of corporate laws, as well as allied laws such as the Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Competition Law, SEBI Regulations, IPR, FEMA, Corporate Taxation, Takeover Code, Labour Law and Data Privacy. The faculty consists of practicing senior corporate lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Experts from Corporate Sector.

Submission of all the above assignments is compulsory. Failure to submit any one assignment will result in the non-completion of the course. Additionally, a minimum of 60% attendance is required to be eligible for the completion of your course. This includes your overall attendance in sessions.
