EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Reporting Time: Candidates are required to be present at the examination center TEN MINUTES prior to the stipulated time.
- Prohibited Items: Candidates are strictly forbidden from bringing any materials into the examination hall that could be deemed malpractice.
- Notice Board: Please regularly check the ILS Law College Notice Board for any changes or updates that may be notified later in the program.
- Time and Date: No requests for changes to the examination time or date will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are responsible for noting the correct day, date, and time of their respective papers.
- Personal Instruments: The exchange of side-rulers, drawing instruments, or any other materials inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited. Candidates must bring their own instruments and are not allowed to borrow from each other.
- Calculators: Non-programmable, battery-operated, pocket-size calculators are allowed. However, the exchange of calculators is not permitted. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, are strictly prohibited during examinations.
NOTE: A special exam shall be conducted for the students who are-
- Enrolled for “Women, Gender & Law” Course which is to be conducted from 19th to 29th January 2026.
- Participating, organizing and volunteering in the Professor S.P. Sathe National Moot Court Competition organized from 22nd to 24th January 2026.
- Representing ILS Law College, Pune in any other Competitions in which ILS Law College has nominated the student to be a part of.
The above-mentioned students have the discretion to opt for the Internal Written (Regular) Exam or the Special Exam which shall be notified later. The schedule for the Special Exam shall be soon communicated in the due course of time.
The student opting for the Special Exam must make an application to the concerned Faculty in charge in the format attached herewith.
