Internal Examination (Backlog and Equivalence): B.A.LL.B./B.B.A.LL.B./LL.B. (2017 & 2023 CBCS Pattern) : April 2026: Exam Instructions and Timetable


The Internal Examination (Backlog & Equivalence) for I – V BA.LL.B, I – III B.B.A.LL.B and I – III LL.B (2017 & 2023 CBCS Pattern) for March 2026 will be conducted between 9-14 March 2026.

Students appearing for the Backlog and Equivalence examination, must fill the attached Google Form, using their ILS Email ID only on or before 06 March 2026 (Friday) by 5 pm. The data collected through this Google Form is for the smooth conduct of the exam and convenience of the students.

The students whose performance was cancelled by the Unfair Means Committee of the SPPU in the October 2025 (External) Examination must also appear for the Internal (Backlog) Examination March 2026 for that respective subject.

EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

Instructions for Internal (Written) Exam – Backlog:

  • The syllabus for the written examination will be the first module of the respective subjects.
  • The examination shall be conducted at the Second Floor of the College Library.
  • Detailed examination schedule will be released in due course of time.
  • The PwD students will be given 10 minutes extra to appear for the examination.

Instructions for Internal (Viva-voce) Exam – Backlog:

  • The syllabus for the viva-voce examination will be first module of the respective subjects.
  • The schedule of the viva-voce examination shall be communicated at the end of the internal (written) examination.

Instructions for Internal (Experiential Learning) Exam – Backlog:

  • The topics of Experiential Learning assessment shall be communicated to the students at the end of the Internal (Written) Examination.
  • The students must submit the experiential learning assignments at the time and date communicated to them at the time of the Internal (Written) Examination.
  • Assignment submissions must be made to Dr. Ashish Pawar or Ms. Isha Khopkar
    (I and II B.A.LL.B. and I and II BBA. LL.B.) and Ms. Manjusha Pawar (III – V B.A.LL.B. and I – III LL.B.).

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS

  1. Reporting Time: Candidates are required to be present at the examination center TEN MINUTES prior to the stipulated time.
  2. Prohibited Items: Candidates are strictly forbidden from bringing any materials into the examination hall that could be deemed malpractice.
  3. Exam Notice: Please regularly check the College Website for examination related updates.
  4. Time and Date: No requests for changes to the examination time or date will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are responsible for noting the correct day, date, and time of their respective papers.
  5. Use of Stencils: Candidates are permitted to use stencils during the examination.
  6. Personal Instruments: The exchange of side-rules, drawing instruments, or any he materials inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited. Candidates must bring their own instruments and are not allowed to borrow from each other.
  7. Calculators: Non-programmable, battery-operated, pocket-size calculators are allowed. However, the exchange of calculators is not permitted. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, are strictly prohibited during the examination.
