The Indian Law Society is pleased to announce an Autonomous Online Diploma in Corporate Laws from 13th July to 21st September 2026.
Programme Overview: The Diploma in Corporate Laws offered by the Indian Law Society is a comprehensive programme designed to meet the requirements of both students and practising legal professionals. It provides a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing corporate entities, with a focus on compliance obligations that promote transparency, accountability, and good corporate governance. These requirements ensure that creditors, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders have access to reliable information, enabling them to engage with companies confidently and make informed business decisions.
This programme is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of corporate and allied laws. It offers in-depth coverage of a wide range of subjects relating to corporate law, including allied areas such as the Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Competition Law, SEBI Regulations, Intellectual Property Rights, FEMA, Corporate Taxation, the Takeover Code, Labour Laws, and Data Privacy. The programme is taught by an accomplished faculty comprising senior corporate law practitioners, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and experienced professionals from the corporate sector, ensuring a practical and industry-oriented learning experience.

Submission of all the assignments is compulsory. Failure to submit any one assignment will result in the non-completion of the course. Additionally, a minimum of 60% attendance is required to be eligible for the completion of your course. This includes your overall attendance in sessions.
