COLLOQUIUM 9.0: Adjudicatory Bottlenecks and Efficacy of the Insolvency Resolution Process: 21 Feb. 2026


The ILS Centre for Commercial Laws is elated to announce the return of its marquee event, Colloquium 9.0, scheduled to take place on 21st February 2026.

About the Colloquium:

The Colloquium is a prestigious event conducted by the Centre, attracting students and professionals from across the country. It features panel discussions moderated by experts, where distinguished speakers present views for and against the scheduled topic. This event provides a platform for students to engage with contemporary developments in commercial laws, interact with industry experts, and gain valuable insights into the evolving legal landscape.

Theme for Colloquium 9.0:

This year, Colloquium 9.0 is centred around the theme “Adjudicatory Bottlenecks and Efficacy of Insolvency Resolution Process.” The discussions will explore the structural and procedural challenges impeding timely insolvency resolution under the IBC, including institutional capacity constraints and judicial delays.

Through insightful panel discussions, the Colloquium aims to critically assess the efficacy of existing legal frameworks, identify regulatory loopholes, and propose practical reforms to improve dispute resolution and insolvency process.

The event will feature a Keynote Address and two Panel Discussions from 09:00 AM to 03:30 PM.

KEYNOTE ADDRESS

Keynote address will be delivered by Senior Advocate, Krishnendu Datta, NCLAT and Supreme Court of India (TBD) on broad theme of the event, Adjudicatory Bottlenecks and Efficacy of Insolvency Resolution Process.

PANEL I

The Panel will witness the opinion of-
