The admission to ILS Boys’ Hostel for Academic year 2026-27 shall start from 08 July 2026. Only the student who has completed the admission to ILS Law College will be eligible for seeking admission to ILS Boys’ Hostel.
Procedure for Boys’ Hostel admission :
- The student shall fill an Online application form for admission to Boys’ Hostel from the student dashboard on or before 10 July 2026.
- Students selected based on merit for allocation of the seat to the Boys’ Hostel will be intimated on the student dashboard on 11 July 2026.
- Only students selected shall submit a PDF copy of the filled form that is generated after filling the form, along with the Undertaking.
- The student shall take a print out of the same, sign the undertaking and submit the copy to the office in working hours. (In case the student is not able to submit the copy physically, the scan of the signed form shall be mailed to the following email : [email protected]
- Once the form is approved by the office, the student shall pay the requisite fees online.
- After the payment of the fees a receipt will be generated. The student shall take a printout of the same, get it verified from the Rector.
- The student will be allotted the room and will get the possession of the allotted room after displaying the merit list.

Note : In case the seats of any batch remain vacant, the seats will be allocated at the discretion of the Chief Rector to students from other batches in the order of merit list.
Note for BBA LL.B. Students: Please wait until the declaration of your examination result before filling out the online hostel application form. However, if your result is not declared before 10 July 2026, kindly upload your latest available marksheet and enter the corresponding marks while submitting the online application.
Merit Criteria: The student shall be shortlisted based on the following criteria
- Percentage of Marks scored in the last Academic year
- Clearing the exam in one attempt without any backlogs in the last Academic Year.
- Good Conduct in the College and Hostel.
- Any other relevant criteria may be applied at the discretion of the authorities.

Fees for Academic year 2026-27:
Fees for Boys’ Hostel: 2-seater with common toilet and bathroom will be Rs. 58000/- for One Academic Year + Rs. 5000/- Caution Money to be paid during first year admission
Students selected for the B wing will have to pay:
- Rs. 29000/- for One Semester
- Rs. 5000/- as a Caution Money
Mode of Payment of Fees: Full fees for the academic year and caution money must be paid online (Net Banking or NEFT) after the online application form is approved. Debit Cards will Not be Accepted. Charges may be revised before admission every year.
Cancellation of Hostel Admission :
- Within 8 days of admission: Fees will be refunded after deducting 10% of the total fees
- Within 15 days of admission: Fees will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total fees
- Within 20 days of admission: Fees will be refunded after deducting 25% of the total fees
- No refund after 20 days of admission
Note: Granting or rejecting the Admission to the ILS Boys’ Hostel is the discretion of the Rector and Chief Rector.
