This Competition tests participants’ managerial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills through a Strategy Development challenge. Participants assume the role of a Court Manager appointed by the High Court and must formulate a comprehensive, actionable management plan addressing the multidimensional administrative and operational crisis of a hypothetical court with management principles to drive meaningful institutional reform.
