GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA INITIATIVE
Pre IAS Training Centers established by Government of Maharashtra provides free training for UPSC Exams to 540 students every year.
The selection of the eligible candidates is made through a common entrance test. First 540students who secure highest rank in the common entrance test are eligible to get free training for competitive exams from the said institute. The selected candidates are also given stipend from the Government during the period of training.
Eligibility – Students who already have a graduate degree from any stream or who are in final year of their graduation can appear for the entrance exam. For practice purpose, even the students who are in any other year of their graduation can appear for the entrance examination, though they will not be eligible for free training.
Last date for registration for the entrance exam – 14th January, 2022
Last date for payment of registration fees – 16th January, 2022
Mock test – 19th January, 2022
Date of Entrance Exam – 22nd January, 2022
