The Internal Examination (Viva-voce) as part of the continuous evaluation for IV -V B.A.LL.B (A.Y. 2025-26) 2017 Pattern has been scheduled from 21st July 2025. Please refer to below mentioned instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS:
1. Faculty conducting lectures from Monday to Wednesday shall conduct the Viva on Monday and Faculty conducting lectures from Thursday to Saturday shall conduct the viva on Thursday.
2. The syllabus of the same shall be declared by the concerned faculty three days prior to the conduct of Viva.
3. The Viva Shall be conducted during class hours. All students must be present during viva and attendance shall be given.
4. Students must be dressed in formal black and white attire and must carry the student I.D Cards issued by ILS Law College Pune with them.
5. No rescheduling of Viva is allowed except on a written application duly signed by the College Examination Officer (Dr. D.P Kendre).
Please Note: This pattern of continuous evaluation is not applicable to Optional Subjects and Practical Training Subjects like Alternate Dispute Resolution, Moot Court, Professional Ethics, Drafting Pleading and Conveyancing. Regular Lectures shall continue as per timetable for the said subjects.
