Arbitration and Mediation as modes of dispute settlement, have gained immense popularity in the recent years. This calls for good training in the procedures and nuances of arbitration and Mediation for the students of law, members of the legal fraternity, and also persons from other professions.
Under the COVID Pandemic, ILSCA has geared up to provide online training programs in Arbitration and Mediation catering to students of law, lawyers, leading businesses and legal institutes.
