Established in 1924, ILS Law College begins its centenary celebrations from 18th June 2023. The inaugural program of a year-long celebrations will be held in the Principal Pandit Auditorium of ILS Law College at 11.00 am at the hand of Hon’ble Justice Bhushan Gavai (Judge, Supreme Court of India). The ceremony will be presided over by Justice Mridula Bhatkar (Former Judge, Bombay High Court and President, Indian Law Society). Mrs. Vaijayanti Joshi (Honorary Secretary, Indian Law Society), Shri P.V. Karandikar (Vice-President, Indian Law Society), Shri P. Narayan (Chairman, Governing Council, Indian Law Society) and Dr. Deepa Paturkar (In-Charge Principal, ILS Law College) will remain present for the function.
On this occasion, the Centenary logo of the College, Souvenirs, Abhivyakti Yearbook and ILS Law Reviews will be released. A short film depicting glimpses of ILS Law College will also be screened.
Various activities like conferences, seminars, symposia, alumni meets have been planned throughout the year to commemorate the 100 years of ILS Law College in the field of Legal Education.
