LCC 0602 Law of Contract II:

  • Define the contract of indemnity and state its essentials along with relevant case laws.
  • Discuss the provisions with respect to the liability of Indemnifier.

LCC 0603 Family Law II:

  • Explain the effect of amendments to the Hindu Succession Act 1956.
  • Explain the concept of Partition – under Dayabhaga and Mitakshara systems.

LCC 0604 JURISPRUDENCE:

  2. Explain the communication, acceptance and revocation of proposal and acceptance with relevant case laws.

LC 0503 Family Law I:

  2. Discuss the sources of Muslim Law.

LC 0504 Law of Crimes:

  1. What are the different facets of mens rea? How is it included in the IPC? Are there any exceptions to the same?
  2. Explain in detail intra and extra territorial jurisdiction provision in IPC.

LDSE 0506 Equity and Trust Law:

  1. Explain the origin, development and kinds of trust.
  2. Compare Trust with Ownership, Bailment, Agency, Contract, Equitable Charge, Mortgage.
