Fundamentals of Corporate Litigation-Autonomous Certificate Programme (Online)

Indian Law Society, Pune presents a unique online Certificate Course about the aspects of the law of Corporate litigation before the NCLT, NCLAT, Commercial courts and the Competition Commission of India. This Course will enable participants to understand and appreciate finer practical aspects of strategy, pleadings, nuances of arguments and practical training of what to expect and how to conduct proceedings in the respective fora.

Course contents Fundamental concepts and principles.
Understanding how to analyze and build a case from scratch.Basics of Drafting before various ForaHow to practically approach cases, what to expect when before the different fora and how to face different scenarios before Court.The course will be curated to train the participants with real life case situations as if being dealt with in Court.Classes would be divided between the Competition Act, Companies Act (specifically Oppression & Mismanagement / intra corporate shareholder disputes), Commercial Courts Act and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Course material Important judgments and a threadbare understanding of the respective bare acts.
