Indian Law Society, Pune presents a unique online Certificate Course about the aspects of the law of Corporate litigation before the NCLT, NCLAT, Commercial courts and the Competition Commission of India. This Course will enable participants to understand and appreciate finer practical aspects of strategy, pleadings, nuances of arguments and practical training of what to expect and how to conduct proceedings in the respective fora.
