Rules:-
- This competition shall take place in offline mode at ILS Law College, Pune.
- Proposition for the PIL Drafting will be released to the registered participants two hours before the Competition. The proposition shall be based upon the broad theme or any of the sub-themes of the Competition. The Participants shall draft the PIL on the same proposition only.
- The participants shall have a maximum time of 2 hours only to draft the PIL and submit it to the Organizers.
- The stationery like Pen and Papers will be provided by the Organizers.
- The language for the competition shall be English or Marathi.
- Content of PIL – Cause Title of the case, Statement of Jurisdiction, Facts of the Case, Grounds of the PIL, Pleadings and Prayer.
- Marking criteria: –
- Statement of Jurisdiction (5 Marks)
- Facts of the Case (5 Marks)
- Grounds of the PIL (15 Marks)
- Pleadings (20 Marks)
- Prayer (5 Marks)
