Procedure for Gents' Hostel Room Allotment

Please note that students interested in availing hostel accommodation are required to fill the google form available on the website and register till 11.00 am on 19th March 2022.

Hostel accommodation is made available on the basis of the last attended examination marks.

The list of students entitled to hostel accommodation will be displayed on 21-3-2022 at 11.00 am. A link will be provided to these students on their official ILS email address for making online payment of hostel fees.

After making the payment, students are required to physically report to the Rector Dr. Santosh Jaybhay and the hostel room will be allotted.

In case the rooms remain vacant, the second list will be displayed on 25-3-2022 at 11.00 am.

Please follow the steps :

  1. If student name is listed in Allocation list, please collect the Hostel Admission Form from Counter No. : 1
  2. Student fill the admission Form and make the payment on below link :


    3. After Payment student should meet personally to Rector with Admission Form, Payment Receipt, Marksheet                for room allocation.

      4. After Room Allocation submit the documents to Hostel Clerk – Mahendra Tupe in College Office for Final                      Allotment of Room.
