The ILS Centre for Public Law is delighted to announce the National Seminar on Constitutional Identity: Foundations, Evolution, and Future Perspectives. The seminar offers a unique opportunity for the participants to present their papers on suggestive sub-themes provided for by the Centre For Public Law.
About the Seminar:
The purpose and objective of the seminar on Constitutional Identity is to contribute to the intellectual discourse on the dynamism of constitutional identity and introduce its multi-dimensional and contextual nature. We are hereby releasing the call for abstracts for the same. The central theme is the same as the title of the seminar; Constitutional Identity: Foundation, Evolution, and Future Perspectives.

Suggestive sub-themes for the papers are:
1. Constitutional Identity and the Basic Structure Doctrine.
2.Constitutional Identity beyond Part III.
3. Constitutional Identity beyond Assembly debates; the contribution of the social spheres.
4. Constitutional Identity and the Marginalized; have Courts upheld dignity as identity.
It is to be noted that these themes are guidelines and not a limitation, authors can go beyond them given that they come under the scope of the central theme.
