Programme Overview: The Diploma in Corporate Laws offered by the Indian Law Society is a broad-spectrum programme customised to cater to the needs of students and working legal professionals. An important part of laws and regulations, companies must comply which is ensuring that creditors, customers and suppliers have the information they need in order to be able to do business with a company with confidence.

- Fundamentals of Company Law
- Management and control of a Company
- Reconstruction and closure of a company
- Allied laws (overview), Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Competition Law, SEBI regulations, IP, Labour Laws and Environmental Laws
Eligibility: II year LLB & BA LLB onwards, any graduate, professional
Duration: 17th February 2025 to 12th April 2025. 86 hours of learning
Registration: 1st February 2025 to 17th February 2025
Time, days: 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm, Monday to Saturday
Faculty: Senior Corporate Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Experts from Corporate Sector
Fees: Rs. 16,949.15+Rs. 3050.85/- (18% GST) = Rs. 20,000/-

Examination: 1. MCQ – 100 Marks (in google form)
2. Case Book – 50 Marks
3. Presentation – 30 Marks
4. Article Review – 50 Marks
5. Attendance – 20 Marks
Total Assessment of 250 Marks
Course Material: Will be provided.
Certification: Certificate on completion of programme with 70% attendance and minimum score of 40% marks in the examination
