“Remembering S.P. Sathe” 19th National Moot Court Competition: 27–29 March 2025

Professor S.P. Sathe Foundation, set up by the Indian Law Society, annually organizes three events on a particular theme for commemorating the contribution of Professor S.P. Sathe to Indian Jurisprudence and Social Action, and for encouraging academic pursuit of law students’ fraternity. The three events are – a National Moot Court Competition, a Memorial Lecture and a Conference.

It is with immense pleasure that we, at ILS Law College, Pune, extend an invitation to you and seek your participation in our annual Remembering S. P. Sathe National Moot Court Competition, 2025. The subject of the Moot Court Competition this year is ‘Technology Law vis-à-vis Constitutional Law.’

Registration Deadline:

The deadline for completing final registration by paying the requisite fees is 11:59 PM IST on 25th February 2025.

Registration Fee:

Description Indian Teams
Total fee with Accommodation (Inclusive of GST @ 18%) INR 9,000/-
Total Fee without Accommodation (Inclusive of GST @ 18%) INR 3,000/-

Instructions to Pay Registration Fee:

Click on the “Pay and Register” tab appearing on this announcement page. Fill the details, make payment of registration fee, note the transaction ID and take a screenshot of the payment.

Fill out the Registration Form for the Moot Court Competition. Enter the transaction ID and upload the screenshot to complete the registration.

Instructions to Pay Accommodation Fee:

Those teams who wish to avail the accommodation, shall send an email request on [email protected] with the subject: Request for Accommodation. The details for payment of the accommodation fees will be emailed as a response to the ‘Request Email’. The requisite fees shall be paid as per instructions, and the receipt of the fees shall be sent on the above email. The accommodation will be booked only after the receipt is sent on the email.
