The admission to ILS Boys’ Hostel for First Year students for academic year 2025-26 shall start from 25/08/2025. Only the student who has completed the admission to ILS Law College will be eligible for seeking admission to ILS Boys’ Hostel.
Procedure for Boys’ Hostel admission:
- The student shall fill an Online application form for admission to Boys’ Hostel from the student dashboard on or before 30/08/2025.
- The students who are allocated seats on the basis of merit to C or B wing of Boys’ Hostel will be intimated about the allocation on their registered email ID on 04/09/2025.
- Only students who receive allocation email shall submit a PDF copy of the filled form that is generated after filling the form, along with the Undertaking.
- The student shall take two printouts of the same, sign the undertaking and submit the copy to the office in working hours. (In case the student is not able to submit the copy physically, the scan of the signed form shall be mailed to the following email : [email protected]
- Once the form is approved by the office, the student shall pay the requisite fees online.
- After the payment of the fees a receipt will be generated. The student shall take two printouts of the same, get it verified from the Rector.
- The student will be allotted the room and will get the possession of the allotted room on 05/09/2025 to 10/09/2025
Capacity & Seat Allocation: ILS Boys’ Hostel – Total Seats – 54 out of which only 18 seats are available for whole academic year and only 36 seats available only for the First Semester

Note : In case the seats of any batch remain vacant, the seats will be allocated at the discretion of the Chief Rector to students from other batches in the order of merit list.
Merit Criteria: The student shall be shortlisted based on the following criteria
- Percentile scored in the CET
- Any other relevant criteria may be applied at the discretion of the authorities.

Fees for academic year 2025-26:
Fees for Boys’ Hostel: 2-seater with common toilet and bathroom will be Rs. 55,000/- for One Academic Year + Rs. 5,000/- Caution Money to be paid during first year admission
Students selected for the B wing will have to pay:
- Rs. 27,500/- for One Semester
- Rs. 5,000/- as a Caution Money
Mode of Payment of Fees: Full fees for the academic year and caution money must be paid online (Net Banking or NEFT) after the online application form is approved. Debit Cards will Not be Accepted. Charges may be revised before admission every year.
Cancellation of Hostel Admission :
- Within 8 days of admission: Fees will be refunded after deducting 10% of the total fees
- Within 15 days of admission: Fees will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total fees
- Within 20 days of admission: Fees will be refunded after deducting 25% of the total fees
- No refund after 20 days of admission
Note: Granting or rejecting the Admission to the ILS Boys’ Hostel is the discretion of the Rector and Chief Rector.

- Enter your registered email address and sign in using the OTP.
- After successful login, you will be redirected to your Student Dashboard.
- From the dashboard menu, select the option to Apply for Hostel Admission and complete the application form.
