The digital landscape is rapidly evolving; necessitating the law to constantly undergo rapid change to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
The Indian Law Society is launching a certificate course on ‘Digital Laws‘ which will provide the participants with the opportunity to explore digital laws, covering key topics such as intermediary liability, laws affecting e-commerce, media and gaming companies, and other online businesses, cyber security, data privacy and protection, AI and the metaverse.
Participants will gain an understanding of how laws govern digital activities, protect intellectual property, ensure cybersecurity, and uphold privacy and data protection standards, deep dive into current and upcoming legislations that govern activities in the digital realm.

Duration: The duration of this course is 16 – 20 Hours and the course will be conducted during event on October 3, 4, 5 and October 17, 18, 19, 2024.
Classes: The lectures would be held online between 5.00 to 7.30 pm.
